Quotes "Tippee, tippee, tip, bow. Tappee, tappee, tap, bow. Fluff out your feathers...I mean...your fur. Begin again! Tippee, tippee..." (Periwinkle at the Full Moon Ball)[1]

The Wood Pigeon is the first of Periwinkle's dance instructors in Periwinkle at the Full Moon Ball, the other being Rainette the frog. He has blue feathers, and wears a yellow hat with a green band in the middle, and a green shirt; his wings and tail feathers have multi-coloured stripes. According to Magda, "He has the prettiest strut."[1] This character also appears in the book's TV adaptation, "Le premier bal d'Agaric."
