About This Franchise

Beechwood Bunny Tales is a long-running series of children's books by French authors Geneviève Huriet and Amélie Sarn, with illustrations by Loïc Jouannigot. The books have been published since 1987 by Éditions Milan in their native France; an English version from Gareth Stevens appeared during 1991 and 1992.

As of May 2013, over 30 books have been written for the franchise, with more than 750,000 copies sold. Their success led to an animated TV series, The Bellflower Bunnies, that debuted on TF1 in December 2001.

Site News (update)

May 25, 2008: Finally got rid of the default EntertainmentStarters found on Special:Unwatchedpages (admin access only).
May 20, 2008: We've reached our 50th entry!
May 7, 2008: ~~Looks like our protected titles page will be definitely out of use soon. Now, on this site, admins can determine whether pages should be created.~~ Already deleted (on May 10th).
April 30, 2008: Three weeks on...We're closing in on 30 entries, and our homepage will get a redesign by tonight. (Take back what I said on the 17th.)
April 23, 2008: We've made our first forum post! (Finally made it through after some trouble setting up the forum system.)
April 18, 2008: We're setting up a good deal of major and image templates throughout the next few days.
April 17, 2008: ~~Our welcome page will be revamped with template transclusions galore. The "News" section is squeezing up the left side as we speak.~~ No need for templates; another bug happily fixed.
April 14, 2008: This site is starting to have its final fixes; bugs are corrected as much as possible, the two "articles" will be moving to the project space by today, and our first real one, about the books (of course), will be up in the evening.
