Tallulah is a turtle who is considered a pest to the Bellflower family's springtime gardening routine. In Dandelion's Vanishing Vegetable Garden, she targets little Dandelion's improved attempt at his own field, much to the rabbit's dismay. In response, Dandelion turns her upside-down on her shell, but Tallulah wants him to do a favour: fetch her some herbs to replant the garden. However, she is gone by the time Dandelion returns.
A simplified version of the character appeared in the TV episode, "A Garden for Dandelion," which was based on the aforementioned book.
